Snaky Chainmail

Instructed by Astra

There's a more proper term for this type of chainmail; European 4-in-1, but that's not nearly as descriptive as "snaky, " since the jump rings end up looking a little bit like scales on a snake. Astra will show you how to turn this chainmail into slinky, snaky earrings -- the longer the better! Try using two different colors of metal to make the pattern really stand out, and you can even incorporate seed beads or dangle a drop bead from the bottom. The more intrepid students can even try using different size of jump rings to create a twisting effect! This is a great intro class to the art of chain-mail, and you'll be surprised at how easy it is!
