Kumi-What? (NEW!)

Instructed by Mick

It's called Kumihimo, and it has been around in Japan for tying Kimonos since 550 AD. The word "Kumihimo" means "the coming together of threads," and Mick's handout will tell you more about its history. We'll learn how to load up a Kumihimo disk and get to braiding on night one. Then come back on night two and learn how to finish it off. And if there is time, Mick will show you another braiding pattern to go home and explore! There is a more advanced kumihimo class using beads (Kumi Too), but you gotta take this one first!

Dates: Wednesdays, August 19 & 26: 7 pm - 9 pm

Tuition: $35
