Fluffy flowerets with pizzazz are the focus of this garland necklace. A repeating, simple stitch creates the open-centered flowers, separated by pretty focal beads. Jill has kept all the flowers on the front of the necklace for wearing comfort -- and to keep them from tangling in your hair!
