Instructed by Astra Don't worry -- no parachute pants or rapping skills are required for this class -- just a penchant for beating things with a hammer! More specifically, wire. We'll show you how to turn a plain piece of wire into hearts, spirals, butterflies, flowers, or any number of shapes, and then how to work-harden your creation or hammer it flat and add texture. We'll also play with a few more metal-smithing tools, such as tin-snips for cutting sheet metal (it's like slicing through butter!), a dent remover for shaping your sheet metal, and a punch-tool for punching holes in it. Prepare for a fun evening of playing with wire and metal! This class is a great intro for more of our Metal Work classes. Date: Wednesday, April 4: 6 pm - 8 pm Tuition:
