A tisket, a tasket, let's create a wire basket! All the copper wire and river rocks are included in a little kit made up for each student. On night one, Mick will teach you how to create the raw materials for the structural spines of the basket and how to "weave" the wires to create the basic basket form and then of course fill it with pebbles. On night two, we will link the basket elements together and create a centerpiece that ties the whole thing together. Students must know how to do a wrapped loop. This would also be a great class to pair with Decorative Wire Links, as seen in the first sample.
