Sales Tax:

Sales tax is added to all in store purchases unless we have a resale certificate for you on file.

Sales tax in Austin, TX is 8.25%

If you have a tax identification number, please visit our store to fill out a resale certificate.

Bead Wholesale Discounts:

The more you purchase, the more you save!

Save 20% off when your purchase is over $100.
Save 25% off when your purchase is over $200.
Save 30% off when your purchase is over $300.

Discounts are taken off the merchandise total, which does not include sales tax. Discounts exclude classes and gift certificates. Returns may affect your discount.

Bead Volume Discounts:

Even if you don't have a Texas Tax ID number, you can still save when you buy in volume. Here is our price tier and the percentage you save:

Save 20% off when your purchase is over $300.
Save 25% off when your purchase is over $500.
Save 30% off when your purchase is over $1000.

Discounts exclude classes and gift certificates. Also, they cannot be combined with other discounts (such as Bead Society, class tuition, etc). Returns may affect your discount.

Bead Society Discounts:

If you are a member of The Austin Bead Society, you can save 10% off of all your purchases, when you show us your membership I.D. Discounts are taken off the merchandise total, which does not include sales tax. Discounts exclude classes and gift certificates.

Methods of Payment:

Nomadic Notions accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and Debit cards. We also accept checks and cash.

Gift Certificates:

Nomadic Notions gift certificates are available for purchase in any monetary denomination. All gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise and class tuitions. Gift certificates expire after one year from purchase date.

Returns & Exchanges:

All returns need to be made within 7 Days of purchase and accompanied with a receipt. Exchanges can be made within 30 Days and must also be accompanied with receipt. We will not accept strands that have been cut or items that have been damaged.

Class Policy:

A full payment is required to guarantee your space in a class. All payments are refundable in full for cancellations made up to one week before class; for cancellations made after that one-week grace period, we cannot offer a refund, but students have the option of auditing a class for up to a year afterwards. Auditing a class still requires signing up in advance, but there is no payment required as the tuition has already been purchased. There will be no refunds/roll-overs for cancellations made by a student after the cut-off date. Please call the store at 512-454-0001 if you have further questions about audits, cancellations, and refunds.

Please notify the store if someone else will be filling in for you. It is the student's responsibility to remember the class time.

A full refund plus a coupon good for a one-time store discount will be given for any class cancelled by Nomadic Notions. Class make-up is at the teacher's discretion.
